How does HotDoc assess which practitioners are active and therefore, should be billed as part of my upcoming invoice?
Solution
HotDoc classifies a practitioner as "active" based upon the usage of one or more of the following products in a given month:
- Online Bookings
- Appointment Reminders
- Recalls
Online Bookings
- If the practitioner is visible for online bookings, they are considered as an 'active practitioner'.
Note: If your practitioner is 'Call to book' only, they will not be considered as active for this product.
Appointment Reminders
- If a practitioner is selected to send reminders and has sent one or more appointment reminders in a given month, they are considered as an 'active practitioner'
Recalls
- If a practitioner has sent one or more SMS recalls using HotDoc, they are considered as an 'active practitioner'
