Does HotDoc charge for every practitioner I have at my practice?

Solution

HotDoc only bills you for GPs, Specialists, Registrars or Allied Health practitioners who are actively using any of the following HotDoc products:

• Online Bookings
• Reminders
• Recalls

This excludes nurses and treatment rooms, however, which are free of charge and included in your doctor rate. 

If you have practitioners at your practice that are not currently active for these products, HotDoc will not charge you for them.
