How can I check what number of active practitioners is currently using HotDoc?

The HotDoc Dashboard will display which practitioners are currently active for HotDoc and billable as part of your subscription.

1. To see this information, head to your HotDoc Dashboard under Billing > Active Practitioners
   
   
   
   
   
2. Here you can see the following information, and select the down arrow next to a practitioner's name to get a detailed view of the products they're active for:
   
   
   1. Practitioner: A list of your practitioners (this list may include practitioners connected to multi sites which aren't currently active at this site)
      
      
   2. Subscription type: The type they will be billed for (Doctor or Allied Health)
      
      
   3. Current product activity: Which products currently are, were or are not active throughout the month
      
      
   4. Included in invoice from [dd/mm/yy]: A tick or cross to indicate if they will be billed in your next invoice
