How to view which patients have had their data removed from HotDoc for your practice?

- Alternatively, patients may contact HotDoc Support directly requesting for their data to be removed from HotDoc.
Solution
To view a list of patients who have had their patient data removed from HotDoc for your practice, follow the steps below:
- Navigate to the HotDoc Dashboard > Patients > Patient Privacy
- The patient's First Name, Last Name and DOB will not be listed as it has been removed. Instead, you will see the Internal ID Number and the Removed At date/time stamp:
The Internal ID Number can be used to search for a patient directly within your Practice Management System. Complete this search directly within your Practice Management System to determine who the patient is that has been removed from HotDoc for your practice.
