Question
How to remove a patient's data from HotDoc for your practice only?
HotDoc values the privacy and security of patients. We collect patient information for our services to work but we understand that not all patients want this service.
To help you comply with the Privacy Act 1988 and Spam Act 2003, you can remove a patient so the data we've received from your practice will be deleted and never be stored in HotDoc.
Once removed from HotDoc, they will no longer receive HotDoc's communication or services from your practice.
