The Bookings History section of the Dashboard allows you to view a list of HotDoc booked appointments or a list of all appointments (HotDoc booked and those made directly by the practice). Here you can view the patient and appointment details, and filter between specific criteria in order to easily refine your search results.

Booking history features
The booking history section includes appointments and information as well as further functionality including:
- View Online Booked appointments (booked via HotDoc) and All Appointments (practice booked and HotDoc booked)

View details such as practitioner, date and time, and status
- Sort the date columns by ascending or descending order
- View appointment details in a compact or detailed view.

Filtering for better search results
How to filter your booking history

In the HotDoc Dashboard go to Bookings > Bookings History.

Select filtering options:
- Select the Online Booked tab to view online booked appointments only
- Select the All Appointments tab to view both online booked and practice booked appointments

Select a filter: Appointment Type, Appointment Date Range, Booked Date Range, Practitioner, Appointment Status, Payment Status or you can search by name.

Some filters are enabled by clicking the drop down menu and checking one or more options. These include Appointment Type, Practitioner, Appointment Status, and Payment Status (BP, MD and ZM only). This will be visually displayed like below:

Other filters, including Appointment Date Range and Booked Date Range are enabled by selecting the start date and end date from the calendar. The date range will then be displayed in the filter tab.

You can sort Appointment Details or Booked At columns in ascending or descending order by clicking the arrows at the top of each column.

To clear filters and begin a new search, select the blue Clear Filters button:
How to view a patient's booking details
- Select whether you want to view Online Booked appointments only, or All Appointments (online and practice booked) and add any filter options if necessary.

To view a patient's appointment details, click the drop down arrow next to their name ↓ or click the detailed view icon [=] to see all appointment details. Here you will see:
- Patient Details (name, mobile, date of birth)
- Practitioner the appointment was booked with
- Appointment Details (appointment date and time, appointment type, screening questions if applicable)

Appointment Status
- If viewing the Online Booked tab, this refers to the status of the appointment in the Sidebar or cancellation of any appointments booked online via HotDoc:

If viewing in the All Appointments tab, Appointment Status refers to the patient arrival status set in your practice software (e.g. Best Practice, Medical Director, Zedmed) or in the HotDoc Calendar. This includes cancelled appointments.
- If viewing the Online Booked tab, this refers to the status of the appointment in the Sidebar or cancellation of any appointments booked online via HotDoc:
- Payment Status (if this feature is enabled & applicable)

Booked At (date and time appointment was booked, and who it was booked by).
