Question

Once a recall letter has been generated and downloaded, will it automatically save into the patient's medical record in my clinical software?

Solution

The Recall letter generated by HotDoc does not get saved to the patient record in your clinical software. However, you can open and reprint this letter from the HotDoc Dashboard.

Please follow the instructions in How to find previously generated letters for more information on how to do this.
