How do I open the HotDoc Dashboard? 

Solution

You can open the HotDoc Dashboard by logging in via the URL below in your internet browser, or by clicking the 'Open Dashboard' button when logged into your Sidebar. 

We recommend that you access the Dashboard via Google Chrome. 

1. Copy the link into an internet browser, or click it to automatically be redirected  https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard. (We recommend adding the URL as a bookmark or favourite in Google Chrome so you can access it easily). 
   
   
2. Alternatively, you can click on the Open Dashboard button directly from your reception HotDoc Sidebar:
   
   
   
   
3. Once the page loads, enter your Dashboard user account email and password login details and click Login.
   
   
   
   
4. If you have forgotten your password to log in, click the Forgot your password? and follow the prompts. For more information on resetting your password, see How do I reset my Dashboard or Sidebar Password?
