How can I access the Web version of the HotDoc Sidebar?

Solution

You can use the Web version of the HotDoc Sidebar if you are one of the following customers with a user account that has access to the Sidebar:

• If you are a Practitioner with a Practitioner Sidebar user account, using Best Practice, Medical Director or Zedmed as your practice software. 
• If you are using Cliniko, Nookal or coreplus at your practice software. 
• If you are using Genie as your practice software.

Customers not listed cannot use the Web Sidebar, due to integration and connection requirements with the installed version of the HotDoc Sidebar.
