How to view my billable new patients for HotDoc Profiles?

Solution

Under your 'HotDoc Profile + Online Bookings' plan, you will be billed each month for new patients from HotDoc at $25 per patient.

Each month’s invoice will be sent to your HotDoc registered email on the 8th of the next month and will be payable within 7 days.

You can view your billable new patients from within the HotDoc Dashboard in a few easy steps:

1. Open your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to the Billing menu item:
   
   
   
   
2. Select This Month or Last Month:
   
   
   
   
3. Review the details on your new patients received from HotDoc. You can use the toggle to expand each row to see more information:
