How to view my billable new patients for HotDoc Profiles?

Solution

Under your 'HotDoc Profile + Online Bookings' plan, you will be billed each month for new patients from HotDoc per patient.

Each month’s invoice will be sent to your HotDoc registered email on the 8th of the next month and will be payable within 7 days.

You can view your billable new patients from within the HotDoc Dashboard in a few easy steps: 

1. Open your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to the Billing menu item:
   
   
   
    
2. Select This Month or Last Month:
   
   
   
    
3. Review the details on your new patients received from HotDoc. You can use the toggle to expand each row to see more information:
   
   
    
4. In the Last Month tab, you can download a report with your billable new patients for the previous month:
