Why is my practitioner not showing online for bookings, or in the availability calendar?
Solution
The purpose of the availability calendar is to show practitioners who are set up in your HotDoc Dashboard. A practitioner must have a HotDoc Practitioner Profile set up in order to show on the Availability Calendar.
How to fix this:

Navigate to Dashboard > Bookings > Practitioner Setup and create a Practitioner Profile. Please see: How to add or edit a Practitioner
If your practitioner is appearing as greyed out in the Availability Calendar, the reasons could be:
- Your practitioner is set to "call the practice to book"

Your practitioner is set to "not visible for online bookings"
- Your practitioner is not "linked to a practitioner in your clinical software"
Archived practitioners will not appear on the Availability Calendar. Please see: How to archive or reactivate a Practitioner |
