Where can I see the Check-in history for my clinic?

Solution

The Check-in History allows you to keep track of patients who check-in via the Kiosk or Mobile Check-in.  Here you can see your practice's check-in statistics and details for all check in attempts.

To view this, please follow these steps:

1. Log into the Dashboard
   
   
2. Navigate to Check-in > History:
   
   
   
   
3. Statistics for the last 30 days are displayed at the top of the page: 
   
   
   
   
4. The Appointment Arrivals History lists all the check-in attempts at your clinic:
   
    
5. The Outcome column indicates whether the Check-in was successful or not. If unsuccessful, hover over the reason with your mouse for a detailed description:
