I have two practices at different locations that are using separate databases. Will I be charged the minimum monthly fee for all practices?

Yes. If each practice is using a separate database, you will be charged the minimum monthly fee of $170.60 for each database (Eg. $170.60 x 2 = $341.20). This will be regardless of how many practitioners you have working at either practice.
