Why a specific practitioner not showing on the Active Practitioner table?
Solution
In the Billing > Active Practitioners section, there are some practitioners that will not appear on your Active Practitioner table:
- Nurses and Treatment rooms will not appear on this table as they are not currently considered 'Active practitioners' that add to your invoice
- Practitioners that have not had any activity synced month to date will not appear on this table e.g.
- Practitioner has to be visible for online bookings
- Practitioner has has to have sent a Reminder
- Practitioner has to have sent a SMS Recall
- Practitioner has to be visible for online bookings
- If a practitioner has been marked as a "duplicate" whereby one practitioner may have multiple appointment books (e.g. Dr Smith, Dr Smith Skin Checks)
