How can I set up pre and post-appointment information for my flu and covid vaccine appointments?

If you have not set up your vaccine appointment types in the Dashboard, go to Vaccinations > COVID-19 or Flu and follow the setup guide.

In the Communications section, you can enable pre and post-appointment information by selecting Yes. This text will automatically populate however you can customise the text by typing your message in the text field box.
- Complete the onboarding flow, and this information be activated once you enable the appointment types for online bookings.
