How do I edit the pre or post-appointment information that is sent with Flu or Covid-19 vaccine appointment types?
Solution
If you have set up your Flu or Covid-19 vaccine appointment types using the setup in the Vaccinations section of your Dashboard, you may have enabled the pre and post-appointment information for your appointments.
You can edit this information using the step-by-step solution below:
- Go to Vaccinations > COVID-19 or Flu in your Dashboard.
- Click View Appointment Setup under each appointment type you would like to edit:
- Click Edit next to Communications. You can then add, edit or remove the pre or post-appointment information. Press Save and your changes will be effective immediately:
Please note: If all the text in the pre-appointment information is removed, patients who book via reception will no longer receive a confirmation email at the time of their booking being created
