How can I see the requests for Reviews that we have sent to our patients?

Question

I am using the HotDoc Reputation feature to request Google reviews from our patients, how can I see what types of communication were sent to our patients requesting reviews? 

Solution

  1. In the HotDoc Dashboard, navigate to Reputation > History to display your Reviews History:

  2. This Reviews History page will show you an overview of the types of communication sent for your HotDoc Reviews product, as well as an audit of who it was sent to and when.


    HotDoc Review communication methods will always try to send via Push Notification first as we've found this method yields the highest success rate.

    We will then try either an SMS or Email method if the patient does not have a secure link required for a Push Notification.
