Custom appointment type sessions allows certain appointments types to be booked online during a specific timeframe, along with other appointment types that are available to be booked online. Some examples of when to use Custom sessions are:

If a practitioner only accepts new patients in the afternoon, but existing patients can book anytime.
- If a practitioner only offers procedures on Fridays because the Nurse is available as a supporting practitioner. However, they also offer any other appointment types that day.
Custom appointment type sessions can be created from the Dashboard > Bookings > Availability, as well as from the individual Practitioner profile settings in the Dashboard.

How to edit a Custom Appointment type Session
When editing Custom appointment type sessions, changes will affect all the days the custom session was applied to, not just the date in which the changes are being made. |
However, we recommend updating them directly from the Availability Calendar as this will give you visibility on all the appointment types the session has been created for, instead of having to check one by one from the practitioner's settings.

How to delete a Custom Appointment type Session
When deleting a Custom appointment type session, it will be automatically removed for all the days it had been applied to. |
