At HotDoc, we are committed to providing exceptional service and continuously improving our products and services. One of the ways we measure our performance and gather insights on how to enhance your experience is through Net Promoter Score (NPS) feedback. This document aims to explain why we ask for NPS feedback and how we utilise it to better serve you.

What is NPS?
Net Promoter Score is a widely used market research metric. It consists of a single question survey asking respondents to rate the likelihood of recommending our company, product, or service to a friend or colleague. The rating is usually on a scale from 0 to 10. Based on the score given, respondents are categorised as Promoters (9-10), Passives (7-8), or Detractors (0-6).
What do we do with your feedback?
Analysis: We analyse all customer feedback to identify what areas can be improved.
Action: We implement changes and improvements to meet your needs and enhance your experience.
Follow-Up: In some cases, we may reach out to you for additional insights or to share the actions we’ve taken based on your feedback.
Transparency: We believe in being open about how we use your feedback. We may share aggregated results and the changes we’ve made as a result.
Your feedback is invaluable to us at HotDoc. The NPS survey is a crucial tool that helps us stay connected with your needs and preferences, ensuring that we are continually evolving and improving.
