I received a notification in my Dashboard that my browser is out of date or not supported. How do I update my internet browser to be compatible with HotDoc?
Solution
If your internet browser version is outdated or unsupported, you may have some issues accessing your HotDoc Dashboard or bookings page and see an error like the image above. To get the best, most secure experience please make sure you have updated your browser from the appropriate link below.
If you're experiencing compatibility issues with the Dashboard, please do try using Google Chrome as your internet browser as we've seen this can resolve some compatibility issues.
Please note: We have ceased support permanently for Internet Explorer. The HotDoc Dashboard and Sidebar will not work from this browser.
Microsoft (owner of Internet Explorer) has officially stopped supporting the feature as of 15th June 2022 and Internet Explorer will be permanently disabled as part of their Windows security update in February 2023. |
