How do I make it compulsory for my patients to put in their Medicare number?

Solution

You can edit your form to ensure the Medicare number field is required for patients to enter before submitting their form. Please see how to do this below:

1. Log in to your Dashboard and go to Forms > Forms 
   
   
   
   
2. Click Edit next to the appropriate form:
   
    
   
   
3. Navigate through the sections to find the question about Medicare and click the pencil to edit:
   
   
   
   
4. Scroll down to the Question Settings and select the Required option on all questions and supporting that apply. Save your changes by selecting Update Question. 
   
   
   
   
5. Once you're finished making changes, select Save Changes. If you want to publish this change effective immediately select Make Live. 
   • Alternatively, selecting Save draft allows you to publish this later from the Forms section in the Dashboard:
