Can I print my appointment calendar?

Yes! In the Calendar section of the Dashboard, click Settings > Print Calendar, then finalise by clicking Print to send this to your printer.

How do I change the colour of the appointment tiles to reflect the appointment status?

Can I change the entire appointment tile to match my appointment colours?

Not at the moment. You can only add a line of colour to each appointment type. To do this, go to Bookings > Appointment Types > Edit next to an appointment type and select a colour.
Can I add a once off availability into the Calendar?

Yes. In the HotDoc Calendar, click a time on the Calendar where you would like to add an availability, ensure it repeats Once Only, then click Save. For more information see How to hide/remove an available time from the Appointment Calendar.
How do I search for a patient's next or last appointment?

Can I change the Calendar to a week view?

Yes. You can toggle the Calendar view between weeks, days, or practitioners. When viewing by the week, you will only be able to see one practitioner at a time. Please see Features of the HotDoc Calendar to see how to do this.
Can I hide or change the order of Practitioner columns in the Calendar?

Can I extend the time of an appointment after it's made?

How can I set up lunch breaks?

We recommend setting up two individual sessions for a day to account for a lunch break. For example, if a practitioner is working from 9am–5pm with lunch at 12pm–1pm, create two individual sessions: 9am–12pm and 1pm–5pm. Please see How to add sessions (availability) for how to customise this.
