Question
How do I enable or disable Patient Screening questions?
Solution
If you would like to enable or disable patient screening, you can edit the patient screening setting in the Bookings > Settings section in the HotDoc Dashboard. Patient Screening prompts patients to self-identify if they have flu-like symptoms and asks them to call your practice before they can book an in-person appointment.
