Question
I want to remove a reason that's been assigned to a Template Group because it's no longer applicable or it was assigned by mistake. How do I un-assign this?
Solution
- Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard
- Navigate to Recalls > Template groups
- Select the Edit Reasons button on the template you wish to edit:
- Locate the reason you wish to remove in the Assigned Reasons list, then select the 'x' button to remove the reason from the list:
- Lastly, save your changes by selecting the green Save button:
