How do I view and pay for my invoice online?

Make payment via online payment link

For customers on our Standard Invoicing Payment Method, payment can be made via the online payment link. The image below is an example of a typical invoice email.

1. To make a payment, all you need to do is click on the payment link which prompts you to a 'Pay Now' page:
   
   
   
   
2. Click the green the Pay Now button on the top right:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Make the payment either by credit card, bank account (you will have to enter your bank accounts for this) or BPAY:
   
   
   
   

Make payment via direct debit 

Alternatively, you can set up Direct Debit by completing this online application form and we will debit the outstanding invoice amount within the next two weeks.
