How can I check the upcoming appointment details for a recall?

Solution

You can now cross-check the upcoming appointment details on your HotDoc Recalls quickly and accurately, without opening your clinical software.

1. From the HotDoc Dashboard, go to Recalls > Results, Clinical Reminders or Activity.
   
   
2. Click on the All tab and type the patient's name into the search box.
   
   
3. Once you have identified the recall, click on it to open the Recall Details screen.
   
   
   
   
4. For active HotDoc Practitioners, we will show appointment times, Practitioner names and appointment types in the Recall Details screen. You can see information for all appointments, not just those booked with HotDoc:
