Best Practice - Medical Director (Pracsoft) - Zedmed - Optomate - Dental4Windows - HotDoc Calendar

Question

How can I filter my recall activity so I can easily manage my recalls?

Solution

The filter option is at the top of the page and allows you to easily access information about the progress of your recalls. We recommend firstly checking your Recalls Summary page for an overview of what is required.

From here, you can use the filters to further refine your results as required.

Please use the steps below to see how to use these.

  • 1. Recalls (Optomate/Dental4Windows/HotDoc Cal):
  • 2. Clinical Reminders (Best Practice/Medical Director/ZedMed):
  • 3. Results (Best Practice/Medical Director):

Recalls(Optomate/Dental4Windows/HotDoc Cal):

  1. Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to Recalls > Summary where you will see a list of tasks to do.

  2. Hover over each action to do, then click the arrow. This will automatically apply the filter for the action you've selected and direct you to the Activity section:

  3. Alternatively, if you would like to view all your recalls navigate to Recalls > Activity and select the All tab:

  4. Once you are in the desired screen, you can filter by:
    • The Practice (if you have multiple sites on a shared database)
Please note: This filter will show recalls set up by practitioners at this specific practice

    • The Practitioner (who entered the recall)
Please note: The practitioner filter will show your practitioners based upon your appointment book setup in your Practice Management Software.
