To locate letters that have previously been generated, please follow the steps below:
- Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard and navigate to Recalls > Activity.
- Select the "All" button at the top of the screen, then the arrow button.
- This will display a drop-down menu, which will allow you to filter by 'Done - Letter downloaded and sent'.
- To regenerate a batch of Recall letters, select one patient's name to expand the Recall details.
- Select the 'Download PDF' button. If the Recall was generated within a batch, they will all open in the same PDF:
