I need to remove a practitioner from being visible online on my bookings page.
How do I do this? 

Solution

If a practitioner at your practice would prefer to not be displayed on your online bookings page, you are able to remove them by following the below steps:

1. Login to your HotDoc Dashboard here using your clinic user.
   
   
2. In the left hand menu, select Bookings  > Practitioner Setup
   
   
   
   
3. Select the Edit button for the Practitioner you wish to take offline:
   
   
   
   
4. Once in the Practitioners edit screen, scroll down to the section Online Bookings Settings and deselect Visible for Online Bookings:
   
   
   
   
   
5. Make sure to save this change with the big green save button, which will appear after you have made an edit.
   
   
   
   
6. After this change has been made, the practitioner will be removed from your online bookings page.
