How can I stop Recalls from sending to an age group?
Solution
You may wish to customise your Recall settings so that patients within a specific age bracket do not receive Recall SMNs(SMS, push notifications) or Recalls Emails from HotDoc. The most common reasons to do this is to protect the privacy of teenagers or to exclude an age group that may not have access to a smartphone.
To edit the settings:

Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard.
- Navigate to Recalls > Settings.

Age restrictions can be set in the section below. There are two options:
- A setting to set up an age range not to send recalls (mainly used for teenagers)

A settings to stop recalls from being sent to people above a certain age
Enter the desired age range and save your click the Save button.
