How can I stop Recalls from sending to an age group?
Solution
You can customise your Recall settings to exclude patients in certain age groups from receiving SMS, push notifications, or emails. This is useful for protecting the privacy of teenagers or elderly patients over a certain age.
To edit the settings:

Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard.

Navigate to Recalls > Settings.
- Age restrictions can be configured in the section below. There are two options available:
- Set an age range to exclude from receiving Recalls (commonly used for teenagers)

Stop Recalls from being sent to patients above a certain age
Enter the desired age range and click the Save button.
