Question

I turned off push notifications for appointment reminders but I want to turn them back on again. How do I do this? 

Solution

1. Log into your HotDoc Dashboard
   
   
2. Navigate to Reminders > Settings:
   
   
   
   
3. Under the section Enable Push Notifications, tick 'Send Reminders via Push Notifications where possible':
   
   
   
4. Select the green Save button to finish:
