When HotDoc performs an automatic action such as sending out a Recall SMS, or if the patient performs an action such as reading the Recall SMS, we will keep an audit of this action by writing back a note to the patient's clinical record.

Clinical Reminders
In Best Practice, clinical reminder notes are entered here:
- Patient file > 'Past visits' > Uncheck the 'Hide non visits' checkbox and a list will show.
- Double click on an entry to see the full detail:
Results
- We will write back all contact attempts, actions taken in the Dashboard, as well as when the patient verifies their identity and views the message. In the Patient File > Go to Past Visits (make sure Hide non visits is unticked). Notes will be written back as a 'non visit' or '3rd party' for clinics on BP Jade:
