HotDoc Recalls provides an efficient, user-friendly and cost effective way to manage patients recalls that are listed in their patient file. For Best Practice, Medical Director and Zedmed customers, this is also referred to as 'Clinical Reminders'.
Our Recalls product will detect patient recalls that require actioning from your clinical software and prepare them to be processed according to your practice's sending preferences.
We effectively communicate recalls to patients using secure SMN or push notifications which considerably reduces the number of letters sent out to patients, and provides the option for patients to book an appointment at your practice directly.
