You may wish to review your online bookings analytics, so that you can identify in what ways HotDoc is contributing to your appointment count at the practice. Please review this guide below to see how to do this. 

Solution

Your online booking metrics will be in the Analytics section of the Dashboard. To view these, follow the steps in the article below:

1. Login to the HotDoc Dashboard using your Clinic User information. 
   
   
2.  In the left hand menu, select Bookings > Analytics:
   
   
   
   
   
3. Once on the Bookings Analytics page, you can the view the number of appointments for any given time frame by filtering the appropriate dates in this calendar functionality. 
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have selected your time frame, you can review the following:
   • Total Appointments
   • New Patient Appointments 
   • Existing Patient Appointments 
   • Mobile App Appointments
   • Total Appointments By Doctor
   • Proportion of New vs Existing Appointments
