How do I set up terms and conditions for Routine Requests?

Solution

Whether it’s for medical certificates, repeat specialist referrals, repeat prescriptions, or any other referral type, you may want to set up and customise your Routine Requests Disclaimers. Setting this up can help improve efficiency for GPs, enhance the patient experience and also give your practice the customisation you need to feel confident in delivering these services.

 

For Routine Requests, you can add and customise the terms and conditions displayed to patients during the booking process by watching the video or following the process below.

Note: Quick Consults is now known as Routine Requests

 


Setup Instructions

  1. Head to Routine Requests > Settings > Advanced Settings and click the request type you wish to edit

  2. Then click Edit to Customise

  3.  You can then edit the custom text field, and it will be displayed in the Patient will see field. Ensure you click Update details
