How can I copy and paste the patients online request for a prescription, referral or medical certificate from the HotDoc Sidebar into their patient file? 

Solution

Once a patient submits a request, this will appear in the HotDoc Sidebar for you to review and action. From here, you are able to easily copy all of details of this request including any notes you leave for the patient, and paste this into their patient file in their practice software. 

1. Open the HotDoc Sidebar and log in with your registered account details.
   
   
2. Review the patient's request, leave a note for the patient (optional), and then press the 'Copy request details' button. This will copy all details of the request including your note. 
   
   
   
   
3. Paste the details into the patient's file to keep a record of this, wherever is most appropriate.
