How can I disable the place in queue feature, so that patients can't see their real-time place in queue? 

Solution

By default, place in queue is disabled for all practices using HotDoc. If your practice has this enabled but would like to disable this, you can do so by following the instructions below:

1. Log in to your Dashboard
   
   
2. Select Bookings > Settings
   
   
   
   
3. Scroll down to the section titled Show Place in Queue. Untick the checkbox and click Save.
