How do I know which practitioners have been billed in my invoice?

Solution

When reviewing your invoice, you'll see a total number of practitioners billed in advance of the month:

If you would like to know which practitioners have been billed under these line items, you can do so within your HotDoc Dashboard.

1. Log into your HotDoc Dashboard and head to Billing > Usage History:
   
   
   
   
2. On this page you will see a list of practitioners. These practitioners were detected as having used either Online Bookings, Appointment Reminders or Recalls last month and have informed the active practitioner count for your invoice for the current month.
   
   - If you expand on the practitioner, you can see which products they used in the prior month as well as which sites they are linked to:
   
   
   
   - If your invoice represents multiple sites, you will see an extra column called Billed Group where we will show the database we're billing the practitioner to.
