Question
We have multiple practices on a shared database. How can I filter my recalls or results for a specific Practice?
Solution
If you have multiple practices on a shared database, you can use filters to only see recalls for a selected practice by checking the practices name.

In the Dashboard, go to Recalls > Summary, select the arrow next to the task filtered option you wish to view. Alternatively to view all recalls for a practice, go to Recalls > Clinical Reminders/Results > All

Click the "Practice" filter and check the box next to the name of the practice to view their recalls:
- Once you have done with this practice, you can then select Clear Filters and repeat these steps for each practice.
