Question

The names of my services (appointment types) aren't syncing to HotDoc as they appear in Nookal. How can I fix this?

Solution

We may be syncing the name of the service under the 'Integrations' section, as opposed to the name under the 'Details' section in Nookal. To view and edit this:

  1. In Nookal, go to 'Setup' > Under 'Items' click 'Services' > Click on the name of the service you expect to sync to HotDoc. For example: "Initial appointment"

  2. In the Integrations section, the name field will state the name of the appointment type that we have synced to HotDoc. For example: "New Patient Appointment".

  3.  From here, you can edit the name of this appointment type in Nookal so that we update this in HotDoc. Alternatively, you can use this information to link it to your matching HotDoc appointment types.
