Question
How can I turn a practitioner on/off from receiving payments for appointments via HotDoc?
Solution
If your practice is enabled to take payments for bookings but you wish to turn a practitioner off, you can do this in your Dashboard by toggling them ON/OFF in the Payments > Payments Setup > Practitioner Setup under the Payments for Bookings column.
Please note:
- A practitioner set to ON will be enabled to receive payments for bookings (this is the default).
- A practitioner set to OFF will not be enabled to receive payments for bookings.

To adjust a practitioners payment settings, Please watch the video or follow the steps below:
- In your Dashboard go to Payments > Payments Setup > Practitioner Setup.

Under the Payments for Bookings column, edit the toggle ON/OFF next to the practitioner to enable/disable their payments via HotDoc for appointments. Your changes will save upon changing this.
