What are HotDoc Masterclasses?

HotDoc Masterclasses are live sessions where our team goes through important information and helpful tips. You can also ask questions throughout the session. Each session is free to join but registration is necessary. If you can't make it, still register! You'll be sent a recording afterwards.

How do I register?

View details of upcoming Masterclasses and register on the HotDoc Academy Masterclass Hub here. Note that you may need to login to HotDoc Academy using your Dashboard or Sidebar account details.

Also keep an eye out for emails letting you know of upcoming sessions which will have a registration link.

I can't attend a live session. Can you send me a recording?

It's ok if you're not able to attend live. Register anyway and we'll send you a recording after the session has finished.

Do I get CPD points for attending Masterclasses?

CPD points are not able to be accrued for HotDoc Masterclasses however you can download a certificate of attendance for the session.

How do I download a certificate if I'm watching a live Masterclass?

Whilst watching the live Masterclass, click the Earn Certification button in the ON24 toolbar at the bottom of your screen.

How do I download a certificate for a past Masterclasses I attended?

Certificates of attendance can be downloaded from the HotDoc Academy Masterclass Hub.

From the hub:

• click on the session recording and click Enrol
• In the 'Related Resources' section on the right, you'll find a link to download a certificate.
• Once downloaded, you can add your name and the date you watched the session.
• If other colleagues watched these sessions with you, you can edit the certificate as many times as you need.

I missed a recent session. How can I get the information presented?

We're sorry you weren't able to join us for the live Masterclass, but not to worry!

• If you registered for the session, you'll automatically receive a link to view the recording.
• If you didn't register, please visit the HotDoc Academy Masterclass Hub. From the hub, click on the session recording and click Enrol and you'll be able to watch a recording of the session.

Can I invite others in my team to a Masterclass?

You certainly can invite them, especially if you think they'll find the information helpful! We recommend that each person registers for the Masterclass with their own email address.
