Why can't I log into a different Dashboard when I have access to multiple locations?
Solution
Please double check your login details are correct for the Dashboard you are attempting to access. Ensure that you use an updated version of a major browser (such as Google Chrome). |
If you are having issues logging into a different Dashboard after logging out of the current Dashboard, please kindly follow steps below:
- Log out of the current HotDoc Dashboard and close all HotDoc related tabs:
- Clear your browser history by following the instructions here
- Clear your browser cache and cookies by following the instructions here
- Open a new window and log in to the desired Dashboard again using this link: https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard#/login
If that still doesn't allow you to access the desired Dashboard, please continue on to these steps:
- Close all HotDoc related tabs and open a new window in Incognito mode by following the instructions here
- Log in to the desired Dashboard again using this link: https://www.hotdoc.com.au/dashboard#/login
