How do I keep my Kiosk sanitised?

As your Kiosk is used and touched by patients, you may want to know how to take care of the Kiosk and keep it as clean as possible during use.

Here are some suggestions that will assist with cleaning your Kiosk and Check-In:

  • To learn how to clean your Chromebase Kiosk, please see the following guide from the distributers: How to clean and disinfect your device

  • If you are using an iPad, please see Apple's support article: How to clean your Apple Products

  • We recommend keeping hand sanitiser near the Kiosk if possible so patients can opt to use this before and after interacting with the Kiosk

  • Having Mobile Check-In as an option for your patients will also minimise the amount of contact they have with surfaces at your practice.
