How can I send a HotDoc form manually to patients?

Solution

You can access the form URL link to manually send a form to patients by previewing your form in the Forms > Forms section of the HotDoc Dashboard.

You can then copy this link and send this directly to your patients via email or by using HotDoc Broadcasts to send an SMS, so the patient can complete this. 

Follow the steps below to learn how to get the URL link:

1. Log in to your HotDoc Dashboard.
   
   
2. On the left hand side click on Forms > Forms.
   
   
   
   
3. Locate the Form you want to get the URL link for and click 'Preview':
   
   
   
   
4. You can then copy the URL link from the address bar at the top:
   
   
   
   
5. You can then paste this link in an email or SMS and send it directly to your patients - Anybody that has access to the URL can complete the Form.
