- Are all clinics separating to new databases? If Yes:
- Is one clinic is retaining the existing database, and one clinic getting a new database? If Yes:
- Is one clinic (A) retaining the existing database, and one clinic (B) joining another existing database? (i.e. joining another clinic’s database (C) that uses HotDoc and our Recall Product). If Yes:
- Is one clinic (A) retaining the existing database, and one clinic (B) joining another existing database? (i.e. joining with another clinic’s database (C) who uses HotDoc and does not use our Recall Product). If Yes:
Are all clinics separating to new databases? If Yes:
- All sites connected to the database will require a new HotDoc Dashboard.
- All HotDoc products being used before the separation will need to be set up again.
- All HotDoc products will be temporarily disabled prior to the separation.
- Please note, that a new service agreement may be required, depending on software changes.
Is one clinic is retaining the existing database, and one clinic getting a new database? If Yes:
- The clinic retaining the existing database will keep their existing HotDoc dashboard and setup.
- The clinic getting a new database, will require a new HotDoc Dashboard and require the clinic to set up their HotDoc products again post-separation. All HotDoc products will be temporarily disabled prior to the separation for this clinic.
- Please note, a new service agreement may be required, depending on software changes.
Is one clinic (A) retaining the existing database, and one clinic (B) joining another existing database? (i.e. joining another clinic’s database (C) that uses HotDoc and our Recall Product). If Yes:
- Clinic A (retaining the existing database) will keep their existing HotDoc dashboard and setup. This may require some HotDoc products to be temporarily disabled during separation (ie Recalls).
- Clinic B will require a new Dashboard, this will then be linked to Clinic C’s database by our installations team. All HotDoc products will be temporarily disabled prior to the separation for Clinic B.
- Clinic B and Clinic C will then share a database. Their Recalls/Results will be shared.
- Please note, that a new service agreement may be required, depending on software changes.
Is one clinic (A) retaining the existing database, and one clinic (B) joining another existing database? (i.e. joining with another clinic’s database (C) who uses HotDoc and does not use our Recall Product). If Yes:
- Clinic A (retaining the existing database) will keep their existing HotDoc dashboard and setup. This may require some HotDoc products to be temporarily disabled during separation (ie Recalls).
- Clinic B will require a new HotDoc Dashboard, this will then be linked to Clinic C’s database by our installations team.
- If clinic C does not use our Recalls product, clinic b will no longer have access. Both clinics will need to agree to utilise this product to activate (if the service agreement permits).
