I would like to add a custom message to our appointment reminder templates. How do I do this on my dashboard?

Solution

If you exceed the SMS character limit, you can add a Custom Message that will appear when the link is clicked in the reminder. 

Please note, that it is not currently possible to hyperlink the text within a Custom Message to make it clickable.
