I would like to edit our Reminder Templates and choose which appointment types can be cancelled via each template. How do I do this on my dashboard?

Solution

If your practice is using HotDoc Reminders, you can select which appointment types can be cancelled (or not cancelled) for each template via Reminders > Templates.
