I would like to edit our Reminder settings and choose which practitioners to send them for. How do I do this on my dashboard?
Solution
If your practice is using HotDoc Reminders, you can select which practitioners to send these for in your dashboard under Reminders > Settings > Practitioner Settings. In there, you will see the list of practitioners we are syncing from your clinical software, as well as the appointment book they are linked to.

You can also change practitioners enabled for Reminders directly from the templates in your dashboard by going to Reminders > Templates. In there, under Which practitioners will it send for?, you can click on the Reminder Settings link to go back to that section, as shown below: |
